Learning Hub provides training courses and short video tutorials to help you develop your skills and get the most out of Intaccts.

You'll need a Sage account and Learning Hub profile in order to log in and access the training at Learning Hub.

Follow these steps to help you quickly get up and running.

Remove your profile

To remove your profile from Learning Hub, visit the Contact Us page on Learning Hub and request that your profile be removed. After your request is confirmed, your profile will be anonymized within 60 business days.

Learning Hub terms and definitions

Here are some key Sage definitions and what they mean to you when connecting to Learning Hub.

Item Description
Intaccts user ID This is your user name that you use to log in to Intaccts.
Sage account /Sage ID

This is your email address that you use to log in to Learning Hub.

Your Sage account (also referred to as Sage ID), which differs from your Intaccts user ID, uniquely identifies you across many Sage products and services including Learning Hub.

Learning Hub profile Your Learning Hub profile is your personal record of training, badges, and certifications completed at Learning Hub.
Intaccts Customer ID

This is the ID that you receive from your administrator, implementer, or similar. Your customer ID helps to ensure that you receive access to learning benefits associated with your organization.
